Returns Summary
You may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If your item is within 30 days or more of purchase, you must contact the manufacturer. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type; however a restocking fee may apply. If you are dissatisfied with your order or have any further questions, please call or email our Customer Service Team.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately some items may not be returned and we are unable to accept returns on the following products:
Any customized items (i.e. special order items or made to order items)
Food/beverages (i.e. coffee, tea, candy etc.)
Cleaning supplies
Pharmaceuticals
Assembled or installed furniture
Dated products (i.e. calendars, planners etc.)
First Aid (i.e. Bandages, cotton balls)
Special Returns
In certain situations items being returned must follow specific guidelines required by the manufacturer. Please refer to the chart below to insure your item, if applicable, meets these requirements. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds if you fail to acknowledge the guidelines below.
Acco Brands: Must return items to manufacturer
Acroprint: Original packaging is preferred
Box Partners: Must return to manufacturer
Buddy: Must pay return freight
Cosco: Custom items cannot be returned
Eurotech: Customer must pay return freight both ways. Must be in original box
Flash Furniture: Must pay return freight. No returns on custom items
Fire King: Must pay return freight. No returns on custom items
Ghent: Item must be in resalable condition. Not used. Must pay freight
Global: Must be unopened in original box
House of Doolittle: Must pay return shipping
HSM of America: 14 day return policy. Item must be in resalable condition
Lathem: Can be returned 30-60 days after purchase. Must be unused and packed well
Martin Yale: Must be in unused condition with original packaging.
Mayline: Must be in original packaging. Must pay return freight
Millennium Mats: No custom returns. Can only be returned if item is still stocked
MMF: No custom returns
Office to Go: Must be in original box to return
PM Company: Non-thermal returns only. Must pay return freight
Safco: No custom returns. Must be unused
Sentry Safe: Must pay freight both ways. Must be unused and unopened
Tennsco: Must pay freight. No custom returns. Must be unused in original box

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?
A: If you ordered a wrong item or have decided you no longer want it, contact us within 30 days. We will kindly issue you a refund; however a 35% restocking fee may apply. Also you will be responsible for return shipping and/or freight charges, depending on the item. We must first receive the item before we issue any type of exchange or refund. You may return items to the address above.
Q: I received a damaged or defective item?
A: First and foremost, we do apologize you received a damaged item. Please contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone as soon as possible. We will gladly exchange a damaged or defective item for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. (Please note that we must first receive the damaged/defective item before we can exchange or issue a refund) You may return all items to the address above. If the item is past 30 days of purchase, you must contact the manufacturer for a resolution.
Q: Why am I being charged a restocking fee?
A: Often our vendors charge a restocking fee when an item needs to be returned. This is a fee that is applied to most items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The restocking fee is 35%. Please refer to the special returns section.
