Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type; however a restocking fee may apply. Q: I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?
A: If you ordered a wrong item or have decided you no longer want it, contact us within 30 days. We will kindly issue you a refund; however a 35% restocking fee may apply. Also you will be responsible for return shipping and/or freight charges, depending on the item. We must first receive the item before we issue any type of exchange or refund. You may return items to the address above.
Q: I received a damaged or defective item?
A: First and foremost, we do apologize you received a damaged item. Please contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone as soon as possible. We will gladly exchange a damaged or defective item for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. (Please note that we must first receive the damaged/defective item before we can exchange or issue a refund) You may return all items to the address above. If the item is past 30 days of purchase, you must contact the manufacturer for a resolution.
Q: Why am I being charged a restocking fee?
A: Often our vendors charge a restocking fee when an item needs to be returned. This is a fee that is applied to most items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The restocking fee is 35%.
